We offer this service so that you are able to create a space that is well-proportioned, has good light and includes perfectly unified elements.
Extensive Colour Specifications
As well as interior design, Jennie will also provide advice on colour specifications for both interior and exterior colour schemes. She is the only Dulux colour consultant in both south-east and south-west Queensland. She will use colour to enhance your mood, calm or inspire you and shape your environment.

Homes and Estate Enhancement
Jennie consults with homeowners to provide inexpensive tips and advice on how to best prepare their homes for sale using their own furniture and accessories. Jennie will help with paint colour recommendations, furniture and artwork placement and floral arrangements.
Our Rugs and Accessories
We source beautiful lamps, cushions, throws, urns, jardinieres, bowls and much more. Since there are so many things to choose from, it is best to consult with Jennie on the appropriate piece for you. Our uniquely designed rugs come in amazing colours and textures and can be personally designed for your home.
Furniture and Upholstery
As an extension of her interior design work, Jennie also helps select and source furniture for her clients. She will help you find or design contemporary or traditional, furniture for your home or business. Make your old furniture look brand-new using our reputable upholsterers and lovely, vibrant fabrics.

What to Expect With Us
The Initial Drafting
Your drafting will be organised and completed using outside subcontracted professionals. Investment rates vary depending on whether you choose a building designer or architect. Your options will be discussed in your initial consultation.
Full Colour Boards
Our colour boards can be collated on demand and are created on-site at Lanes Interiors. These helpful mock-up sheets are usually required for commercial clients who need to present a design scheme to a board or committee for approval.
Project Management
Due to a high number of our clients being professional and extremely busy, our team can provide you with total project management for your complete peace of mind. All you have to do is relax while waiting to enjoy your new space.
Reliable Design Reports
We provide a detailed and accurate design report for every client after their colour or design choices are finalised. This ensures that everyone is on the same page about the specific requirements and expectations for their project.
