Design Brief

One of the things we most value here at Lanes Interiors is our relationship with our clients, indeed it is the most commonly stated reason for the majority of our referrals.

It is extremely important for us to get to know you and percieve exactly what your needs are. We give 100% attention to your needs at this stage, which is most important at the beginning of the process and we guarantee total honesty and integrity in doing this.

With this in mind we would like to share the following information so we are both confident in exactly how our relationship will work and we would like the pleasure of dealing with you.

Stages of the Project:

Stage 1 Client Brief and Sourcing

This is the initial interview with you regarding your interior design requirements, tastes & budget. As you can appreciate an appointment is necessary to ensure you get our full attention and we can make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.

Stage 2 Organisation

At this stage we collate and organise all your ideas, Jennie's suggestions, and Design options of your project. We organise drafting (if necessary), colour boards (POA), reports and source suitable products.

Stage 3 Presentation

Here is where we come back to you and present all of the above. We then confirm or adjust as appropriate and reconfirm or ensure the project is exactly as you imagined.

Stage 4 Ordering

At this stage all your orders are placed. As we have your confirmation from step 3 all we require is a 50% deposit and the balance on completion of your project.

Stage 5 Completion

Project is nearly finished… Installation of blinds and/or curtains. Wally – (Jennie’s husband) who has had over 28 years' experience in the industry is also the installer so you can be assured of the same level of care and professionalism the entire way through your project.
